Shawna is certified in Reiki (Level I and II), reflexology, and Indian Head Massage, bringing a rich foundation of hands-on healing techniques that restore the body’s natural energy flow. Her practice is further enriched by 50 hours of Tibetan Buddhist meditation training, deepening her connection to mindfulness, presence, and the subtle energies that influence physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
With additional expertise in aromatherapy, Shawna carefully incorporates essential oils into her sessions, enhancing relaxation, supporting energetic balance, and creating a multi-sensory healing experience. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply nurturing, guiding each woman on a personal journey toward calm, clarity, and alignment.
